• I HAVE PERMISSION FROM MY ENTIRE CREATIVE TEAM(Photographer/Model, MUA and Other) TO PUBLISH MY IMAGES IN SHADES MAGAZINES.
• I own this Photograph, and I own all the rights, including copyright, necessary to submit this Photograph to SHADES MAGAZINES.
• I am granting SHADES MAGAZINES the one-time, free of charge, non-exclusive right to use it in the following ways:
• to publish in print and online
• to publish it on social media and website.
• I consent to indemnify SHADES MAGAZINES against any claim, demand, action, suit, or other proceedings against SHADES MAGAZINES arising out
of the use of the photograph and related to any false or inaccurate statement.
• I understand and give permission for Minor Re-Touching on the selected photo, in order to make that print ready.
• I understand that, once submitting my entry, I can not with draw my submission and consent.
• Once the order is placed, there is no option to cancel it.
